Frost Flowers

Sorry for the long absence, my hubby and I took a trip to Boston last week to celebrate our 1st anniversary. I want to show off a FO that I’m particularly proud of; I finished this sometime in April but every time I had help to photograph it the lighting wasn’t quite right. This project took up most of my life last summer in attempts to finish before a wedding in September. I missed my deadline and the shawl spent a few months in my closet. I have another wedding in two weeks and this shawl will look wonderful with a blue skirt I picked up to wear. So without further ado I present Frost Flowers and Leaves Shawl.

Aha! So this is why you recommended this shawl when I got engaged :)

Beautiful job! I can understand you wanting to wait for just the perfect time to photograph it.

Your FF&L came out beautifully! I love that color - such a rich blue :) I'm trying to figure out how big mine will be if I omit a repeat (or more) of chart two . . . any thoughts?

Happy anniversary! Your shawl is absolutely gorgeous!

I'm still waiting for the yarn I ordered for your socks to come. I hope it comes soon because I want to start on your socks!
